During this fun and interactive workshop, pottery artist, Cait Deane, will guide participants step-by-step in crafting a functional handbuilt mug using a slab building technique.  Cait will demonstrate a variety of ideas to add ornamental flare to your mug.  (You know I'll be adding llamas to mine!) Cait will then take the mugs back to her shop for the firing and glazing process.  You'll be notified when your mugs are ready for pick up at Lucky Us Farm, or pay a small fee to have your mug shipped directly to you.  All supplies and instruction provided.  No prior experience is needed. This will all take place on the lovely Alpaca Patio on the farm where you can enjoy observing the herd during class and stick around after class to visit with the alpacas and llamas.  Feel free to BYOB and pack snacks!  All participants must be at least 12 years of age.
