Indemnification: By acknowleding this agreement, you agree that Lucky Us Farm assumes no liability of any kind for accident, injuries or losses suffered by you or your invitees during the photo session at Lucky Us Farm. Client shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lucky Us Farm and its agents, partners and employees against all liability, claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorney fees incurred during your appointment at Lucky Us Farm.

You and your invitees assume all risk when interacting with the animals.  Although the risk is small, there is a risk that a llama or alpaca may cause injury up to and including death.  If you or your invitees are not willing to accept all risk and hold Lucky Us Farm and its owners harmless from all liability, then we ask that you refrain from interacting with the animals.  Please note that all children must always remain in close supervision of adult care.
